A large, prominent New York school district identified a need to embark on an extensive networking project and contacted Dell Technologies. They, in turn, reached out to their local partner with a proven track record of successful networking projects to head up the task: Candoris.
A viable, affordable, solution that could be proven to be outstanding among all other comparable solutions, backed by a supportive service-driven team.
Through a dynamic collaboration between the Candoris team and the Upstate New York Dell team, innovative resources and knowledgeable staff were brought to the table to determine the best way to seek success for the school district. Since blueprints were already designed and documents made for a new build and upgrade of the school’s buildings, Candoris engineers utilized these to create Visio and technical drawings of a proposed networking solution. The Candoris/ Dell team worked diligently on pricing in order to meet customer needs, and Candoris provided the school district with demo equipment for their evaluation. Proposed solutions included both Dell Networking and Aerohive, with add-ons of Dell Storage and Compute for later that year.
Speaking for itself among other alternatives, Candoris’ stand-out technical solution was chosen by the customer. The district’s network support coordinator shared that the support he received from the Candoris engineer gave him the confidence he needed to proceed with Candoris and a Dell-anchored solution versus other solutions. The engineering support that was constantly extended did not go unnoticed.
