Seeking success for others through technology.
At Candoris, we believe it is our mission and culture that set us apart. We are fueled by the idea that our time, talent and resources are not our own, but given to help others. Our customers stand with us in our efforts to supply children with medicine, education, food and clean water where it is needed most around the world.
To love creating lasting value through fellowship and innovation.
Candoris desires to leave a legacy beyond profit or recognition. In pursuit of this, we strive to create a culture where relationships flourish and no single individual is greater than the Candorian whole. A team focused on a goal greater than themselves in an atmosphere of peace and harmony has limitless potential.
Candoris is Latin for sincerity, integrity, openness and trust. We approach every project with the goal of translating these words into action. Equally as important, we measure our success not by profit but by the satisfaction of our customers.
By seeking the success of others first, we are able to provide education, fresh water wells and medicine to children around the world.
Humility, unity, truth; absence of negativity, politics and selfishness. (read more)
To continuously improve, learn and innovate, we must grasp this important truth: we have much to learn from each other. We accept that none of us has it all figured out. Seeking unity as an organization, we will speak with truth and candor. Candoris was founded in part to be a place absent of negativity, which has a virus-like ability to infect not only our work-life, but our personal lives as well. We reject an atmosphere where office politics are used to advance a person’s agenda or career goals. In all things, we will set aside what we want for ourselves and put others first.

Creating and leveraging innovation to solve problems. (read more)
Innovation is defined as “to make changes in something established, especially by introducing new methods, ideas, or products.” Problems that need to be solved could be for an existing customer, to enter a new market, or internal to Candoris. We love the challenge and satisfaction of taking a problem someone is facing and creating or leveraging a method, idea, or product to create a solution. We also recognize that a key component to innovation is being a self-starter. Each Candorian’s ability to individually drive themselves forward will directly impact our success as a whole.
Respect and honor family and life priorities. (read more)
At Candoris we refuse to take for granted that we work to provide for our life choices and our families. This includes balancing work between relationships with friends, a spouse, a parent or a child. It is also necessary to care for oneself outside of work; including exercise, hobbies, self-betterment or community involvement. Candoris acknowledges that to live well requires a give-and-take work culture that not only recognizes, but values these attributes.

Intentionally impacting others through profits and servanthood. (read more)
Candoris exists to serve and make a difference. Our philosophy of giving back is a critical component of Candoris and is expressed in many ways. We believe that to whom much is given, much is expected. We focus on goals greater than financial gain, goals greater than our own ‘bottom line.’ We actively seek to help organizations that align with the mission of Candoris through service or funding.
Steadfast commitment to doing the right thing. (read more)
In our business and our personal lives, we are faced with challenges that at times, drive us to a point of decision making: to choose the often easier, less complicated road; or to hold true to our commitment of doing the right thing, often the more difficult and sometimes costly option. Being a company known for its integrity, known for being reliable will often come with a cost.
This does not mean that we are a doormat. This does not mean, unequivocally, that the customer is always right. It simply means that every situation that comes our way, be it customer, vendor or team-member focused, is viewed through this lens and put to this test.
(James 4:17; Psalm 25:21)
